A welded assembly must maintain its required geometry after cutting, bending, positioning and welding. Material selection, joint design, welding sequence, fixture strategy, deformation control and inspection requirements must therefore be considered before production begins.

TLG SYSTEMS supports the engineering and production of bent and welded assemblies from customer drawings, 3D data, physical samples or newly developed vehicle components.

Production feasibility and assembly stability are reviewed to reduce deformation, positional variation, rework and vehicle-installation problems.
